Cancellation Policy

Tutoring Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Free changes: You may cancel or reschedule your session more than 1 hour before the scheduled start time at no cost.

Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 1 hour or less of the scheduled start time incur a $25 fee.
No-show: Failure to join the session at the scheduled time is considered a no-show and incurs a $25 fee.
How to cancel/reschedule: Use the link in your booking confirmation or email info@prehospitalcarepros.com. The timestamp of the cancellation request determines eligibility.
Time zone: All times are based on the time zone shown in your booking confirmation.
Payment authorization: By booking, you authorize Horizon Gate LLC dba Prehospital Care Professionals to charge the $25 penalty to the payment method on file (or deduct it from any prepaid balance) for late cancellations or no-shows.
This policy is effective upon booking and forms part of the terms of service for Horizon Gate LLC.
